XPT, Extreme Performance Training™, is a performance lifestyle rooted in the most basic yet powerful human trait: the ability to adapt. XPT’s train, adapt and perform approach empowers you to strengthen and elevate the quality of your everyday life.
Through our own personal quests to find an ideal lifestyle balance, we stumbled upon XPT and it changed our lives. Becoming certified and learning the science behind the XPT lifestyle while applying the philosophies to our programs, has allowed us to cover all pillars of health. To be athletic, fit, healthy, connect with nature, be present with the breath, implement recovery and reach optimal health is the overall goal. We aim to support others in finding longevity in a lifestyle that incorporates these principles originally founded by Gabby Reece and Laird Hamilton.
