One on One Training

After going through a series of assessments and fitness tests, together we will set health goals and expectations. From that information, your personal training program will be designed and implemented. There will be stages of progressions, accountability, education, and most importantly support. Each session will be personalized with where you are currently at in life and working towards your best self!
Small Group Training
Share your 60 minute session with a friend, family member or partner. Workouts will be geared towards group support and camaraderie. Choose from gym training, outdoor fitness, swim fitness, run training, hiking, triathlon training, and SUP(stand up paddle boarding). All sessions can be customized to fit the groups needs and desires.
Nutrition Consultation: Contact for pricing
Review client’s current diet, health issues, food morals, lifestyle, goals and aspirations. Receive feedback and general guidelines to achieve better health through nutrition.
Nutrition Coaching: Contact for pricing
This option includes the Nutrition Consultation, followed by an in-depth personal meal plan. Following sessions will include grocery shopping lists and guidelines, portion control work, and macronutrient and micronutrient balance. Includes 4 sessions(in person or Skype) and support via text or phone call throughout the month.
