Happy Sweaty Life Is More Than A Brand, It’s A Lifestyle. The Best Things In Life Make You Sweaty.
What we’ve come to realize over decades of experience in working with clients is simple: health is everything. True happiness is accomplished when our bodies feel good and we are comfortable in our own skin. Properly utilizing fitness and nutrition and strengthening a healthy, positive mental well-being all play vital roles in this incredible process.
We, the founders of Happy Sweaty Life, are incredibly passionate about and fulfilled by our work as personal trainers. As much as we love our full-time jobs, there are only so many hours in the week we can be with clients. Therefore we wanted to create a way that our clients, outside of our time together, can have access to resources and a community in which they can find inspiration and motivation. We’re thrilled to announce that through our Happy Sweaty Life brand, we are rolling out a new program designed for various fitness journey’s: nutritional planning and support, group fitness and retreats! There will be multiple layers of client engagement beyond one-on-one training and a wider outreach that will encourage individual fitness paths that are rooted in community.
We are blessed to have social media at our finger tips…sometimes one positive post can change someone’s entire day! Experiencing a positive ripple effect in the media is often times the reason we have the will to get up and do what’s best for our mind, body and soul on any given day. We encourage our clients to utilize our Instagram pages for tips, recipes, inspiration and good laughs! By tagging @HappySweatyLife on posts, everyone stays connected. Your stories matter, and we want to be there for the journey!
As for us, we truly love each other and feel better together than apart. We encourage and support each other through a beautiful authentic relationship, and want to spread that love to anyone seeking a happy, sweaty life. The work we do is already worth it, but our story has just begun. It will be a dream come true to see the growth and influence of Happy Sweaty Life reach beyond our community.
